Thermally Stabilized Diamond Polycrystalline (TSP) has high wear ratio, high thermal stability, and competitive price, which makes it an ideal material for providing wear protection for oil/geological drill bits and sucker rod reamers. Some of our main TSP products have wear ratios of 80,000~120,000 and thermal stability of about 1,200°C, which can provide excellent diameter preservation for oil/geological drill bits. Compared with the main domestic TSP manufacturers, DM thermally stable polycrystals have more uniform morphology control and wear resistance.
