Polycrystalline TSP
Polycrystalline diamond is a kind of diamond polymer made by sintering diamond and bond at high temperature and high pressure. It has high heat resistance and high thermal stability. Widely used in manufacturing oil, geological drill bits, diamond processing and machining tools, etc. Thermally stable polycrystalline diamond (TSP) is an ideal material for wear protection for oil/geological drill bits and sucker rod reamers due to its high wear ratio, high thermal stability and competitive price. The wear ratio of some of the company's main TSP products can reach 8~120000, and the thermal stability can reach more than 1150 ℃, which can provide excellent diameter keeping effect for oil/geological drill bits. Compared with the main domestic TSP manufacturers, DM thermally stable polycrystalline has more uniform morphology control and wear resistance. Product performance is recognized by international customers.
